When Robert Oliver arrived to take over as the new resident, Maddie Brooks was immediately interested! It was clear he had been suffering, and was deeply worried about his small daughter, Angelique, who was undergoing facial reconstruction with the plastic surgery unit. All her nurturing instincts in full flow, Maddie couldn't resist helping out with Angel, but it took Maddies's warm and boisterous family to make Robert see things in perspective and allow himself to love Maddie.
