Topic: Does anyone have any books in gift giving condition?

My sister and her husband just had their first baby yesterday and I am working on the chrismas present for their family. I am going to make a blanket that is big enough for mom or dad to cuddle and rock the baby while reading to him. That is where the books in gift giving condition come in. Please let me know what you have. |

I am looking for either. I am looking for books that they can read to the baby just before nap/bedtime or anytime of the day that they want to. Theresa |

I don't have any children's books, but most my adult Hardcovers are in great condition. A lot of Danielle Steel and others. Let me know if you're interested in any and I'll tell you the exact condition. |

This is not a children's book, but would make a good first baby gift, if you are interested. It's called "Hugs for New Moms. I got it as a gift and it is in pristine condition complete with dustcover. This book has not ever been opened. The little description inside says "Stories, saying and scriptures to encourage and inspire." Somewhere I also have "Hugs for New Dads" which is the counterpart, and is also is pristine condition. I have a copy of What Makes A Rainbow which is in very good condition. This is a hardback which has "pop up" ribbons for each color of the rainbow - a full rainbow ribbon at the end. Another in very nice condition and cute for little ones is Marc Brown's Favorite Finger Rhymes. This one is a board book. I have one golden book in excellent condition: The Little Red Hen. Like new paperbacks: I Want a Pet, The Snowball and Snowy Winter Day. If any of these interest you, I'll do a 3 for 1 on any/all of my children's books. - Tracy
