It keeps telling me that postage is not available for this address. It's done this before and I had to email PBS. It just seemd to fix itself. But I have 5 book orders from Fri that I need to mail. I really don't want to have to drag 3 little kids into the post office. Especially since it let me print the 1st 2 w/postage. I also don't want to bother R&R if they've already been notified of a problem. |

When you get this message, it is because an error has been made on the end of the company that PBS uses as a postage provider, Endicia. Generally if you go back a bit later you can print the wrapper and postage without any problem. In fact this happened to me this morning, I was able to print the wrappers w/postage on three other books, but not on the fourth. Went back about 10 minutes later and was able to print the fourth fine. If this doesn't fix the problem, the requestor's address may not be validated. You can use the link below to check out what the requestor's validated address is. You can't buy postage on line for a requestor who does not have a validated address. You can also send a PM to the requestor and ask if there is another address that the book should be sent to.
