well there are so many different things but some of the most commonly used besides the ones you know are: rofl-rolling on the floor laughing pos-parents over shoulder (mostly for teenagers) ttyl-talk to you later/ ttyt-talk to you tomorrow yw-your welcome (it took me forever to figure that one out, lol) ty-thank you sn-screen name np-no problem brb-be right back and there are many many more. you can just goodle internet short hand and figure stuff out. good luck

I THINK there is a book on all this stuff at most bookstores. As search of Amazon.com would verify this real fast.

LOL....laughing out loud, that is! Just go to google or google it. Serioously if you go go google and enter, internet language or symbols, you will find it. I am older that most of you, I think, honest, and that is the eway I have been challenged, kept up and survived on the internent. "Google it" ! Good luck! And don't stop!

I feel for you. It took my mother and me the longest time to figure out that rofl meant rolling on floor laughing. We realized it was something to do with laughing, since that was always the context, but...
