I am looking for this book desperately. I broke down and ordered a copy for myself only to have the seller cancel my order five days later. If anyone has this book and is willing to swap it, please let me know!

If no one does, it is being reissued tomorrow and is available on Amazon for $10. If you don't want to buy it, make sure you add the new version to your wish list. I'm sure some will start showing up eventually.
