Cut and Peel 5 apples - Put into 8 x 8 pan.
Mix together in separate bowl:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup brown sugar
Put on top of apples
Cook 10 minutes on Hi in Microwave ~ or 45 Minutes in regular oven at 350°
Can substitute blueberries or peaches for apples.
Can get ready and bake before you eat main meal and by the time you are ready for dessert - it is ready for you.
Great served warm with ice cream!
