Apple pie with walnut streusel

dough:

1 1/2 cups flour

2 talb. sugar

3/4 tsp. salt

1 stick, 1/2 cup plus 2 talb. cold butter

4 to 6 talb. ice water

topping:

4 talb. butter, softened

4 talb. brown sugar

4 talb. flour

1/2 cup walnuts

filling:

4lbs. apples, about 8 medium

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup sugar

2 talb. flour

1 talb. fresh lemon juice

3/4 tsp. cinnamon

2 talb. milk

1 talb. sugar

oven 350

bake one hour

place topping on it

bake for another 30 min.

after making dough be sure to let it sit in fridge for 30 min. before using.
