I have 8 books to mail, and a really busy day. I don't have time to go to the PO.  I want to print postage. But it seems I can't ever print more than one w/o it starting to give me that message.  Every week this happens.  I'm already on the last day for a couple of these.

If the address is a Rural Route, try to get their "real" address. I hear the PO is phasing out rural route numbers.

Check your typing, perhaps if you spelled out "st" and put "street" it might work. Perhaps the order of things make a difference, like "123 oak street, apartment 130" might work, but putting "Apartment 130, 123 Oak Street" might not.

Also, contact the sender see if they have an alternate address they can list on their account or another way to specify their current address.

Just an idea for you.

Is there maybe a problem with the system right now?  I'm also having a problem, and I've double checked the address at the USPS website & it's good. :(

I don't think there is a problem with the system as a whole as I successfully printed out two labels this morning with no problems.

I'm getting the same message for any address I try to print.  It has to be a system thing right now.

I let me print 3 out of the 8.  It's not my address that's the problem. It's the address for the requestors.  It has done this to me before and just cleared itself up.  But I don't have time for it today.  Ugh.  Well at least it printed the one that has to be mailed today. I guess I'll try again tomorrow for the others. But that's just another day that people have to wait.  I only have time to drive by the blue box today.

There have been many complaints about this today; it happened to me also.  Hopefully it's just a glitch and will be fixed soon because I won't send out any book without  PBS postage/DC.  We're waiting to hear back from R&R.
