A good starter book for learning about essential oils and how to use them for health and particularly relaxation. It gives the description, history, medicinal and properties for each oil.

It also tells you how to mix with a carrier oil as essential oils must be diluted. It provides a good all-around quick reference to understanding & using essential oils.

This book is a good short summary of origin and basic usages of key essential oil. Can serve as a good quick reference or an aromatherapy overview for those that would like to utilize aromatherapy but don't want to dive into details.
Giving it 4 stars becuase I was hoping for a little bit more detail.
