The strength of this book...is in characters that are not only unexpectedly quirky but also believable in very human ways. Charming and funny and touching and twisted, as fresh and tart as a perfect martini. Road trips, infidelity, suspected killers, winning Lotto tickets, and drunken philosophical rants are just a few of the elements that combine to make The Many Aspects of Mobile Home Living what it is: one part legal thriller, one part murder mystery, and all parts wild.

This was an awesome book on many levels, and I'm sorry that I can't find another book by Clark on the web site. This novel combines a murder mystery with very human characters (and, yes, one of them lives in a mobile home)and also romance, love of family and friends, and some aspects of what it means to have faith. After the first few pages, I had difficulty putting it down and spent a night or two reading late into the night.

Professor Dumpledore told Harry Potter "It is our choices..., that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities'. The characters in this book are so able and smart and schooled, but they make the most outrageous choices, that it's painful and very ofter funny to see them make one bad choice after another. This book is charming, mysterious funny and a great read.
