Anyone have any idea why it costs 2 credits to get an audio book from another member, but I only get 1 credit to send an audio book to someone?

Thanks, Kim

If it's an audio book, you should receive 2 credits for it, period.  If that happened, it was some sort of glitch.  Make sure the ISBN matches and that it is listed in the database as an audio book, for 2 credits.

When you pull up the ISBN does the system show the book type as audio cassette or cd?

certain children's audio books are only one credit, I think it depends on how the system classifies it.

Kimberly, did you receive 2 credits or just one when you looked at your "bank". I've not sent out an audio book for a long time, but I seem to recall that the default e-mail message told me I'd only received one credit, but the actual credits posted to my account were fine. I would doubt that the system verifies the type of transaction to specify an e-mail to send.

This is correct. I just sent a book on cd and got two credits, but the email did state that I had received a credit for the book.
