Ingredients

1 lb - Ground Beef (Ground Chicken or Turkey May be substituted)

1/2 cup - Chopped Onions

1 can - cream of Mushroom Soup

1 can - Chicken Soup
-
1 Jar - Enchilada Sauce
-
1 Soup Can - Milk
-
10-12 each - Tortillas
-
3-4 cups - Shredded Cheese
Directions
Make Meat Filling
- Brown beef and onions
- Add Soups and enchilada sauce, stir till mixture bubbles
Tear Tortillas into small peices
Layer in 13" X 9" Pan:
- Tortillas
- Meat MIxture
- Cheese
- Repeat Till pan is full, End with meat covered with cheese
Back at 350 Deg. about 30 mins or until cooked through.
Notes
The recipe makes lots of meat sauce be sure you have a large pot when making the mixture.
