Pre heat oven 400'f
Brown meat, onions and mushrooms over low heat (do not drain the fat)
Add 1 1/2 cups water, bullion cubes, ketchup, worchestershire sauce, oregano and nutmeg to the meat mix
Bring to simmer and cover for 15minutes
Blend flour with 1/2 cup of water until it becomes a smooth paste, add it to the meat mix and add the mushroom gravy package.
Mix well, cover and sit the meat mix pot to cool.
When still slightly warm place in defrosted pie shell, cover shell with puff pastry sheet. Pinch the edge closed and brush with either egg wash or milk.
Bake at 400'f for 15 minutes
Reduce heat to 350'f and bake for 30 minutes.
To reheat, put in over for 40 minutes at 375'f
(shells can be pre baked if you want to, just line with parchment paper and fill with rice, instruction usually on pie shell wrapper)
