The book is a great introduction to the Reggio Emilia Approach. When reading this book you will learn the history, the theoretical framework, and the pedagogy of the approach. If you are looking for activities for your classroom, you will not find it in this book. You will find how to think like a Reggio teacher, create a Reggio Emilia Environment and know the why's and how's Reggio works for children. If you are serious about being apart of the Reggio Emilia global community this book is the place to start!
