Do any of you here enjoy Bentley Little books?  I've read almost all of his books and have rather enjoyed most of them.  I was wondering if you guys knew of any other authors similar to him/his writing style that I could check out?

You can go to Gnooks http://www.gnooks.com/ and enter the author's name on the "Map of literature" and it will display other authors similar in style...the closer they are to his name, the more like him they would be. Check it out!

I've used gnooks before, but had to put Bentley Little in to see who they would come up with.  I was surprised that they didn't mention Wrath James White and about spit my Dr. Pepper through my nose when I saw Bill Bryson on the list.  Bill Bryson???  How in the world is Bill Bryson ANYTHING remotely like Bentley Little?  LOL!!

Bentley Little is in a class of his own. Love all of his books, but having a hard time getting into His Father's Son. Don't know how I missed Disappearance. I'll have to check that one out. I use Fantasticfiction.com.

I like the website suggested, but I'm also surprised to see Grippando. He's more of a psychological thriller.

If you're interested in horror fiction that's like Bentley Little, I have a novel and a short story collection out that is similar in a lot of ways.

You can find the novel, THE TAKEOVER (.99 cents) and the collection THE WHISPERED VOICES SCREAMED THE TRUTH

(also only .99 cents) in Amazon and Barnes & Noble's sites.

Unfortunately, they're only available for e-readers: Kindle, Nook, etc.

Best,
