Ingredients
  • 1 - 3-4 lb beef roast
  • 1 can - golden mushroom soup (2 if you want more gravy)
  • envelope - onion soup mix
Directions

1. Spray crock pot with cooking spray or use a liner

2. Salt and pepper the beef roast and add to crock pot

3. Spinkle onion soup mix over the roast

4. Add mushroom soup over the roast

5. Cook on medium 6-8 hours.
