Baked Goat Cheese and Honey Mustard Chicken

4 - chicken breasts
4 oz - goat cheese
2 tbsp - honey
4 tbsp - dijon mustard
1/4 cup - crush nuts (almonds or pistachios or hazel nuts)
Prehat oven to 350.
Let goat cheese come to room temp. Lay chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Mix together honey and mustard, spread over tops of chicken. Spread softened goat cheese over tops of chicken. Sprinkle crushed nuts over top.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Very elegant and delicious recipe with little work. That's the way I like it!
