Two American ex-pats and one Japanese misfit concoct the "perfect" crime: kidnap a business man, extort him for money, and everything is good in the world. Not really, of course. The lowly business man turns out to be a head honcho gangster, or yakuza. Things go bad.. then really bad... Young and edgy writing. Quick read. Interesting look at an ex-pat's view of urban Japan. If you liked the movie "Suicide Kings" with Christopher Walken, this might be a fun read for you.
