If you like welcoming guests into your home and particularly enjoy being a good, imaginative host, be sure to include the contents of your bar or drinks cupboard in your hospitality arrangements.
Why not offer guests an aperitif, for example, which turns anticipation of a good meal into a pleasure? Or, try offering an after-dinner cocktail instead of the more usual brandies or liqueurs.

The recipes in this book will help you to satisfy your guests' every desire, because you will find something for every occasion, from short to long drinks, from the traditional, classic cocktails through to fancy cocktails.

Armed with this book, you will be equipped for your next partyafter all, it has been written by an expert who is a master of his trade.

This book is very eclectic. Some old and new recipes. It needed more traditional drinks and less of the exotic ingredients.
