This book gives a great overview of how easy it is to mentor students if you are willing to invest simple time. You can include students in your every day activities such as running errands. Time spent with students/teens is time well-invested. Bo Boshers and Jusdon Poling do a great job of including a basic strategy of identifying students that want to be mentored, what should happen during the process of mentoring/living life alongside a student within safe boundaries, ideas for activities to do with students, and finally, a simple checklist of what every meeting should include (pray, encourage, share, challenge).

Awesome tool for youth leaders, pastors, or anyone who has a heart to work with teens and pre-teens!
