Enjoyable "beach" read. Cara returns to Isle of Palms Island outside Charleston, SC. She brings with her the child she's wanted all her life. She adopted Hope after Hope's mother was killed in an accident. Quitting her job and being a single mom later in life is a challenge but she's among life long friends. It's also turtle nesting season and she's participated with Team Turtle for years. After losing her husband, is she able to move on with her life? I enjoyed the facts on turtle rescue and the habits of the loggerhead turtles and their nesting habits.
