Brown the hamburger & drain. Cube the Velveeta and place in crockpot. Add tomatoes, then beans. Turn on to high to get started. As soon as the mix melts enough to be stirred up, add the taco seasoning. Reduce temp to medium. Leave melt & mix for 2-4 hours to fully blend flavors. Serve with chips.
