Beer Butt Chicken

1 tsp - Salt
1 Tbl - Seasoning Salt
1/2 tsp - pepper
any size - chicken fryer or hen
Pour a small amount out of the beer can. Place the beer can in a baking dish (size according to your chicken). Place the seasoning ingredients into the beer can. Rub the chicken in olive oil and season the outside lighly with seasoning salt. Place the opening hole of the chiken onto the beer can in an upright position. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Remove the foil and broil the outside of the chicken as needed. Remove the can and serve.
If you don't want to use the beer can take a bundt pan and pour the beer into the pan. Place the chicken in the upright position on the middle of the bundt pan. Either way this chicken is awesome and tender. This can also be achieve on a grill or smoker.
