Excellent book. I gave this book to my daughter to read, rather than reading it for her or to her. She secretly loved it, and read it several times. It really helped her feel comfortable with the big change in her life. I would recommend it to any parent whose daughter is beginning to show signs of puberty.

This is a wonderful book about how to prepare your daughter for her period. There are many stories--some quite funny--from women about how they were surprised, prepared, or thrown off at this time. It sure helped me... and her.
