I <3 These breed stories, this one is no exception, sucked me right in. I was looking forward to this story since Lawe's Justice's book. Gideon, Graeme or G which ever part is read is got his sights set on finally getting his mate now that she is a grown woman not a child anymore. You will just have to read it to find out what that means. But since he was forced to take her blood at a certain age he has been fighting the mating heat since and that does add to his already unstable sanity and the monster was unleashed. He has been protecting Cat for years and will do anything to protect Cat from the horrors of what made him more then unstable. Cat was product of Gideon experiment when she was 4 days old and dying, he has been her rock for years and he made her into the Breed she is met to be. She can a long and painful journey she endured all her life and she is about to put her life in even more danger when she wants to be her again and not the ghost of Claire she was harboring your years while the Breed Cat 'slept'. She is the one Jonas has been looking for a long time since his story and his baby girl was infected by Brandenmore. Graeme is not so dumb breed, he has be a genius more then what Jonas is aware of with the computer programmers, armored suits, formulas, tranquilizers, and so much more, heck he hid this Bangal scent of that of a Lion and was planning with Jonas on many occasions, but the damned Jonas just couldn't figure it out and that is what pissed Jonas off plenty of times, that I had to laugh at. I enjoyed reading this and I cant wait for more. I really, REALLY hope to have a Dane have his book before Ms, Leigh ends this series with Cassie and her Coyote.
