Benny's Pennies is a great book to introduce money to children. Benny has five pennies so the children can use math skills as each penny is spent. The story also teaches about generosity and thoughtfulness as Benny spends his pennies on his mother, brother, sister, dog and cat. The illustations are made with cut paper and really add to the story. I highly recommend this book.
