This is the 21st volume in the Berserk series. In this volume Guts takes on Father Mozgus and Father Mozgus takes on a truly terrifying aspect during this battle. With Father Mozgus's defeat the Tower of Conviction begins to crumble. Will Guts and party be able to escape this intense destruction alive?
As he flees the crumbling Tower of Conviction, Guts sees Griffith has returned as the Hawk of Light. Now that Griffith is back who knows what destruction he will leave in his determination to make his dream come true.
The illustration remains incredibly well done, detailed, and just fantastic. The story is fast-paced and full of intense action.
Overall this was yet another wonderful volume in the Berserk series. I am excited to see what happens next now that Griffith has returned to the story. I would recommend this whole series to fans of horror fantasy graphic novels.
