In a medium size bowl mix all ingredient until well blended. For easier handling, place in fridge for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Next spread a large piece of plastic wrap on work surface. Spoon the cheese mixture into the center of the plastic wrap. Use the plastic to form the cheese into a ball (so you don't get your hands messy). Next sprinkle the chopped cashews on the chesse ball a little at a time and using the plastic wrap again press into the chesse ball until covered.
Wrap chesse ball with the plastic wrap and chill for at least 10 -15 minutes.
I like them to serve with wheat thins or triskets.
