Best Ever Cheese Ball

Dish: Appetizers
Dish Type: Cheese
Difficulty: 3 / 10
Servings: 10
Prep Time: 30 Minutes
Cook Time:

  • 1 cup - Shreaded Smoke Gouda
  • 1 to 2 Cloves - Minced Garlic (depending on taste)
  • 1/2 Handful - Sun Dried Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • - Sliced Green Onion (as much or as little as you like)
  • 4 to 6 oz - Cashews (chopped)

In a medium size bowl mix all ingredient until well blended.  For easier handling, place in fridge for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Next spread a large piece of plastic wrap on work surface.  Spoon the cheese mixture into the center of the plastic wrap.  Use the plastic to form the cheese into a ball (so you don't get your hands messy).  Next sprinkle the chopped cashews on the chesse ball a little at a time and using the plastic wrap again press into the chesse ball until covered.

Wrap chesse ball with the plastic wrap and chill for at least 10 -15 minutes.

I like them to serve with wheat thins or triskets.

Don't combine all the ingredients, just the first four.
