Package 1 - Dry onion soup mix
can 1 - Cream Mushroom soup
Take large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil.
Mix Ground chuck and dry onion soup mix together.
Form into loaf shape and lay on aluminum foil.
Place cream of mushroom soup on top of meatloaf.
now wrap up and seal all the edges of the aluminum foil so it will not leek out.
Put on a shallow pan and bake at 375 for 1hr & 30 Minutes.
I use two cans of the soup as that is what makes the gravy to serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
