This is a delightful compendium of Scandinavian recipes. I was lucky to fine my copy at pbs but amazin has used copies that are inexpensive. Collectors of homey homemade recipes should love this book. I was going to give my copy to a Swedish friend but I'll find her another copy as mine from pbs is sweetly inscribed by a grandmother to her granddaughter.
