I am pregnant with my first child and didn't know the first thing about breastfeeding prior to reading this book. Now I feel much more confident about my ability to breastfeed and I am going to keep this book on hand for help in the first few weeks. I especially like that the book includes a list of resources in the back for various groups I can contact if I need help or support. Additionally, the abundance of pictures are great for getting a full understanding of positioning. Although I haven't had the chance yet to put the information from the book into practice, I feel like it has been a great resource for me.
