I opened the book and thought I saw Russia.
The second of two such books I found on the 'free' book truck at the branch library, neither of which have any copies posted or wishes outstanding. It is a thin volume but has some pretty nice photos of the governor. It is all quotes from 2008-2010, except for one earlier. The stated aim is to showcase her 'witless wisdom.'
