This is page turning, spooky fun with an atmospheric swamp, ghosts, murder, a tangled will, a brave heroine and a kind & hunky hero. It's got the friendly small town feel of a contemporary romance combined with the gothic overlay of rural Louisiana. The Accused comes before this book and The Reunion comes after it.

I very much enjoyed the entire series. it combined two of my favorite genres, romance and intrigue.
