What a great book! A compendium of soooo many foods I grew up with, including the venerable Velveeta, Swanson TV dinners, Carnation Instant Breakfast, and so much more! Fascinating reading, with details on how many of our convenience foods were conceived, marketed, and consumed. Very enjoyable and informative and, yes, mouth-watering!
