I use to use this book all the time to make candy, the fudge recipes are very easy to make (but do use a candy thermometer) and the peanut brittle is delicious!
5 star rating for detailed descriptions of candy making procedures, how to pictures and easy to read recipes. Great beginners book or trouble shooting guide.
