Beverly LaHaye (born April 30, 1929) is an American Christian conservative activist and author.
Beverly LaHaye is best known for The Act of Marriage, a Christian sex self-help bestseller she co-authored in 1976 with her husband Tim LaHaye, and for founding Concerned Women for America in 1979 in San Diego, California to counter the National Organization for Women, the Equal Rights Amendment, gay rights and abortion. She wrote some books together with Terri Blackstock.
In July 1947 she married fellow Bob Jones University graduate Tim LaHaye. They have four children and nine grandchildren and live in the Los Angeles area.
In 1992, Jerry Falwell's Liberty University gave her an honorary Doctorate of Humanities.
