This book is written in first person, which made it hard for me to continue reading it. I just personally do not like books in 1st person, I feel like you don't get to know the other characters as well, and therefore it leaves alot out of the story. With that being said, I thought the story line was well thought through, but thought the ending was abrupt. I felt like there should have been a few more chapters to make it seem more "real". The character believed it, but me, the reader, felt like I was cut off from a wonderful ending.

I thought this book might be a little more insightful into the disease alcoholism. I found it to just be ok. I finished reading it, but it didn't really hold my attention.

A great book-dealing with a difficult, timely subject of alcoholism-a story of forgiveness and restoration-with our Lord at the center.

Very encouraging read. Although this was a book about a woman married to an alcoholic, it really spoke to me as I am going through a difficult time in my marriage. I was inspired by the main character and could really relate to her emotions.
