A lot more text than the other books, it seems it's not based on previous cartoon strips like the others. It's still seems to be a rip-off of Jeff Kinney. This one is pretty much all school-based.
I, personally have not read Big Nate, but am submitting this review on behalf of my students. They find him (Nate) very funny and are willing to push through a book that is more difficult than they normally read because of the humor.
