Bindweed is a cozy mystery full of believable characters and events which kept me reading until I finished the book in a day.

Her descriptions of "Missouri rural life" seems to be right on, I could see each farm as Bretta Solomon drove up to it or by it. My family is is rural Michigan. Some of the farms are as described, clean as the Amish or with retired machinery covered with weeds.
Brought a smile to my face to think of them. Gotta get up there this summer!

The plot is developed and played out magnificently with excellent detail. Learned something about silk and fabrics as well as flowers with this one. Definitely a must read. I look forward to future readings from this author!!

This one was a surprise. It started a little slow but after a chapter or so it all came together.A nice little mystery.A bit of a thriller. With a very unusual method of murder. And how and why is different too.
