There is incredible information in this book and it's written in a very easy to read manner. A must have for anyone trying to understand Bipolar Disorder.

GREAT resource, I do know lots about bipolar (diagnosed in 97 and my dad has it too) so i enjoyed the simplicity of the text. If you get this book, you will NOT be disappointed.
