This is the story of Kieran and Bronte' (aka 'Te). 'Te is the sister to Evan who is the main female character in the "More Than Magick" anthology.
I didn't dislike the book, but I got really tired of the verbal foreplay between the two main characters.....the beast doesn't want to claim the beauty (but she doesn't feel she is a beauty) because he'll turn into the actual beast he is (wolf), but the beauty wants him any way she can get him. So it goes back and forth throughout 50% of the book on how Kieran will "take" 'Te but he doesn't follow through until the last 1/4 of the book. I found myself thinking...'just take her already'....geesh.

Hot read - some action. This The hero and heroine are both stubborn, independent, and determined to be in 'charge'. They both have esteem issues - she because she doesn't look like a supermodel [although men and especially our hero drool when she walks by] and he because he is cursed to shapeshift into a beast and is afraid he'll hurt her or scare her when that happens. This is definitely for those of us who weren't happy when Beauty's Beast turned in to a full-time prince...
Very steamy - order doesn't seem to matter.
