Blood Sisters by Jane Corry is a case of sibling rivalry gone very very wrong. The facts of the mystery and the eventual solution are implausible and extreme. However, if you put that aside, the book is very readable. Because I could not have guessed where this book ends up, it keeps me turning the pages to see how this is all going to turn out. In that, the book successfully maintains its suspense which, I suppose, is the point.

This is a psychological thriller with 2 POVâs. One sister is Kitty who cannot speak and has no memory of the accident. The other is Alison who knows the secret and feels guilty. The accident happened 15 years ago as 3 little girls went off to school and an hour later, one was dead. This story starts out slow but midway builds and flies to the end as the lies and truths come together. Explores the relationships of sisters.
