I enjoyed this book, and have had to re-order it as my original copy was lost. (stolen?!) The information in this book is provided for the person who is into (or just getting into) health and fitness, and wants to make a change in their life to move toward more positive health. My personal trainer has reviewed the book and let me know that the information was sound.

Better than any "diet" program, this book will show you how to TRANSFORM your life to maintain optimum health for mind, body, and spirit. It's an off-shoot from the original body-for-life text, but has specific info just for women. That's part of what makes it so valuable! I would definitely recommend this book to any woman who has struggled with body issues; if you're willing to do the work it takes to be healthy, you can stop spending money on diet plans. Let this book be your guide. Its all you'll need!
