If you haven't already, please read this book. You might deny that the message from the author applies to you. But, at some level, it applies to everyone. Internalizing & using what Warner teaches, you start thinking differently, you start seeing yourself and others differently, and you start analyzing emotional exchanges in hopes of finding the truth in them... that is IF you care to make your relationships better.

This was a life-changing book for me. It took me awhile to get past a certain section in the book, because I had to look within at myself, and realize the truth about ME. It is too hard a book to read for some I know, because it forces one to look within instead of without--no more blaming others for one's problems. I learned so much from this book, and it literally changed my life and my relationships with others. I highly recommend it.
