I ordered abook. It says requested and will be mailed by a certain date. That date has come and gone, no book mailed. How do i cancel this book. I would rather order from someone else than keep waiting for a book that the person is taking weeks to mail.

How long ago was the mail by date?  The sender has 48 hrs to mark it mailed after the mail by date.  After that, the transaction times out.  No need to cancel.

And if there is another copy of the book in the system, once the system cancels your timed out transaction, it will go automatically to the next person in the FIFO line.

Just one more thing Tracey -- if you cancel a transaction, the person you had ordered from goes back to the front of the FIFO line, so when you reorder the book, your request goes right back to the same person.

Have you PM'd the person? It may be that they mailed the book and have just not marked it.

Also, remember that Monday was a no-mail day, so maybe that delayed it.
