Fair warning. This book is fabulous unless you've lived a non-traditional life. Divorced? Abused? The "201 Questions" assume you are in Norman Rockwell's neighborhood. The world is perfect. You have minor tiffs with family, all of which are reconciled; you have one marriage and you remember your wedding fondly; you have children or plan to have children, etc. If you're okay with that, you'll love this book. Nice blank pages to handwrite your responses, and gentle questions to answer. No angst, no pain.

A wonderful book for anyone who wants a guide to writing their memoirs. There is NO writing in this book; but should you choose to keep it once you have received it, feel free to keep it as your own.

Though I have not completed the book in its entirity yet, I have absolutely enjoyed the book. The book asks thought provoking questions about each part of your life- childhood, middle age and your last years. It has been a joy to fill out and I would definitely recommend this book for anyone who is thinking about writing an autobiography of their life or wants to leave a record of their life for their family that will endure the test of time.
