Every salad I've made from the recipes in this book has been very good. We're now living low-carb, however, and I'm down-sizing my cookbook collection. This book is one of a series of cookbooks on different facets of cooking. I found it's nice to have a book of salads, but in our simplified lifestyle, I'm not using this book. Excellent book for someone who wants to expand their experience of creating salads.
