Long story short, a book was never sent to me so after the mail date, I received my credit back and the book went to my WL. Today, in the mail is the book that the transaction was canceled.I can find the sender in the transaction archive but before I buddy a credit to her...do I write to the PBS team and let them know that the sender did send the book? I don't know if it's an issue that it wasn't mailed on time and I don't know if there's a "bad swapper" list or something. I just want PBS to know she did send the book and she should get a credit and not have a black mark on her account. I don't even know if that's an issue but if that does happen, I think since she sent the book that there should be no issues.

What is the proper thing to do in this case?
