I am looking for 12 books, either the same book or a set of 12 that are the same size.  They need to be nice, either new or used, with a plain cover or a very decorative one.  They need to be at least 10 X 8 ish and a good inch thick.  And most importantly, they need to be VERY EASILY REPLACEABLE.  Nothing old, rare or valuable.  We are going to use these books to turn into clock by putting the hands and numbers on the front cover and the works on the inside.  Please don't think I'm a heartless book killer, but I've got lot's of friends and family that are serious book readers and this would be the perfect gift for them.  If anyone has such a collection or has any ideas where I might find a bunch of wholesale books, please let me know.  And yes, I've been "ebaying" for a couple of months now, and am starting to run out of time to be patient.  Thanks!
