I have posted some books that I had but first I looked on The Club Wish List to see if any of my books were a match and I thought a couple of them were.  I have The Blow Fly by Patricia Cornwell and The Titans by John  Jakes.  I saw both of these books on the club wish list but no one has requested the books.  I think the ISBN number may be different but does that matter as long as it's the same title and author just a different cover.  Thanks for the help.

Check and see if your books match the book type and also see how many of your version are available.  If the ones on WL are Hardbacks or audio then most likely that is the only version these people want. I have several James Patterson books on my WL in audio CD that are readily available in paperback. But I want the audios.  If the book is the same binding type then post in BooK Bazaar that you have them.  Blow Fly is WL in harback and available already in paperback.  So if yours is paperback that's why it isn't on WL hold.  Also people are notified by email when a dif version of a WL book is available.

Different ISBN for the same book can be a frequent problem. Posting in the book bazaar that you have WL books by different ISBNs can help. Do make sure that it is the same book type that is being WL'd though. People looking for HC or paperback probably want only that version. I notice that the Blow Fly listed on the WL is a Large Print and that may be why it hasn't been requested. Usually an email will notify people that a book similar to what they wanted has been posted and they can order it if they are ok with the difference.
